Fantastic service! People working in the IT profession usually use a lot of IT jargon when providing assistance, leaving me with more questions than answers, but at Soulware Tech, everything was explained in simple terms (without making me feel like I am clueless). Prices are affordable and the service incredibly quick. I had a problem with my laptop, I logged a call, and in just a few hours, my laptop was taken for some much needed TLC and returned the next day, with the MS Office I bought and struggled to install, already installed. It is fantastic to also see a business come to you to help you out (not everyone is always in a position to go to a business to get something fixed), so this was an outstanding bonus. I also got a new battery at a reasonable price. It was also great to be able to ask for advice and to get straight answers. I always find it frustrating to try to get Internet Security advice. But at Soulware Tech, I did not only get advice, but I was also assisted to get Eset Internet Security on my laptop – so far it works great and caters to my internet security needs, without slowing my laptop down. I cannot recommend Soulware Tech enough. It was such a pleasure to receive exceptional service that caters to my laptop needs, without breaking the bank!
